Sunset Beach Condo

When I first walked through the door of this brand new condominium on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, I was instantly greeted with a wall of windows and sliding glass doors overlooking the intercoastal waterway! It took all of 10 seconds to envision how this space could become a stunning coastal oasis!

I believe that an elevated coastal design style has all the laid back seaside aesthetic of a traditional coastal home, but has a more mid-century, modern vibe. We used an easy, relaxing color palette full of neutral earth tones along with pops of blue throughout. Basically, a modern coastal palette pulls color inspiration from the beach, while maintaining some trendiness. Natural textures play a big role in modern coastal spaces, and there is definitely a less-is-more approach with modern beach house decor.
